Regional Sales Manager

Current Vacancies: Positions Available in BOTH Los Angeles and Orange County

Job Description:
  • We are seeking regional sales managers to target both the Los Angeles and Orange County commercial building LED retrofit market. This individual will develop and manage a small team to assist them in reaching their sales potential.This Regional Sales Manager must have a proven track record in the LED industry, and must be either looking for a great opportunity to make a lot more money, or to advance in their career path. Must be an independent and seasoned sales professional that will play an instrumental role in growing our LED retrofit business. This sales manager will lead a commission-based sales team to generate new business throughout their assigned territory.


  • Must work well within a team and have good reporting and communication skills
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with prospective customers
  • Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of multi-media & in person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings
  • Must be able to demonstrate the many benefits of LED lighting via sales presentations
  • Needs to understand the various rebate programs offered as well as offer project financing details
  • Largest Uncapped Commissions in the Industry
